I have a craftsman 1 2 hp garage door opener. Hi i have a craftsman garage door opener 1 2 hp chain drive. The model number is 13953910. Nothing will make the door raise completely.

The remote will make the door come down but once it gets to the concrete floor it comes right back up it won t stay down. Please assist with a solution to fix this problem thanks.
